Seaweed is high in protein, calcium, iron and vitamins A, B and C. It can also help to maintain gut flora and promote healthy skin, nails and hair. Kale is high in vitamins A, K and C, and is rich in antioxidants.
I use locally-grown kale and basil to make this pesto. (:
