I want to create desserts and bakes that are better for you.
I’ve been doing research into nutrition for brain and gut health. I’m less concerned with labels such as vegan, keto, sugar-free, guilt-free, and more passionate about baking treats with whole ingredients which are more nutritious or fibrous, less or anti-inflammatory, and are generally better for your well-being.
What you can expect:
- more wholesome ingredients such as sweet potato, blueberries, avocados, flaxseeds, chia seeds, oats, nuts, and extra virgin olive oil that are better for your gut and brain
- less or no refined- and highly-processed ingredients
- treats that will “fill” you up more due to the nutrients, healthy fats and/or fibrous content
Each bake box comprises a few mainstay items, and will also include seasonal items on rotation, such as:
- Sweet Potato Bread
- Almond Butter Cookies
- Matcha/Chocolate Zucchini Cake
- Healthy Chocolate Truffles
Please note that the photo listings are a gauge only, as the menu will change each month and comprise a variety of assorted desserts and bakes :)
A full list of ingredients and storage instructions will be provided in a separate note with your bake box, so you know what you’re consuming!
The Sampler Box is for you if you’re curious about healthier desserts and treats and want something small to begin with. (: It will contain a random, smaller assortment of the Regular Box.
