These seasonal cookies are back! (: Thank you for showing them so much love, since their debut in 2019, when it was my mum’s idea actually to include 年糕 in my usual cookies. These are as “old” as my firstborn! :D

Storage: Consume within 2-3 days when stored at room temperature, or store refrigerated/frozen to keep for longer. Reheat gently at 120-140degC in a toaster oven for ~15-20min, or 30-45sec at 800W in the microwave, directly from fridge.
